Domestic Shipping and Handling
Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 1:00pm CT will not be shipped until the following day.

Standard Shipping to Alaska, Guam and Hawaii (7-10 Business Days) = $11.95
Standard Shipping Ground (7-10 Business Days) = $15.95
*Free standard shipping only applies to 48 contingent states, on net purchases over $150.
Not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.

International Shipping and Handling
Transit times are 8-10 business days for standard orders and 5-7 business days for express orders. Bucky Gear is not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, and duties.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 days for an online merchandise credit on sale items or full refund of non-sale items, less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.
WE cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.
BUCKY GEAR can provide an electronic return shipping label upon request, return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. Returns should be sent along with your Packing Invoice to the address below:

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at BUCKY GEAR stores. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition in exchange for store credit.
*BUCKY GEAR reserves the right to decline the return of your items if the above terms have not been followed, or assess a 15% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order and indicate that you have a return based on the original receipt. We will then hold your current new purchase until we have received the returned item in the condition mentioned above. We will send you a confirmation email. After which we will begin processing your exchange and credit or charge you the difference with the new credit card information you provide.
Additional postage will be charged for the exchanges’ shipment. We will send you an email notifying you of the adjusted amount.
International Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise that is return shipped within 15 days of delivery date. In the case of return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. In the case of exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the original item(s) and send the new item(s). Exchange postage will only be covered by BUCKY GEAR in the case of damaged or mis-shipped merchandise once the issue has been researched or the original package has been returned. At this time, BUCKY GEAR cannot provide return shipping labels.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
